What it is
A file domain with three functions: sharing a file via link, receiving files from third parties through a temporary link (“drop”), and a per-client portal, PIN-protected, where they view deliverables, approve them, or request changes.
Why it exists
House rule: client files never go to a third-party host. The portal is what makes that possible without friction for whoever is approving — this is how the illustrated books were reviewed.
What it’s for in your business
Agencies, offices, and studios that deliver files and need traceable approval, with the data kept within their own account.
