What it is

A corpus of business, technology, and marketing channels, with every sentence linked to the video’s exact second. Twenty-six agents — one per mentor and one that cross-references all of them — answer questions citing the source, and a web app turns the content into a course with graded exercises.

What was learned about reliability

Mapping three channels in a single pass produced invented seconds in 174 of 180 links. The rule that stuck: one channel per task, anchor copied verbatim, and an automated test that checks every link against the text. With that, 254 of 254 anchors were real. A knowledge base that fabricates references is worse than no knowledge base at all.

What it’s for in your business

Manuals, recorded classes, past support tickets, meetings: any archive becomes something that answers with a source — and that you can audit. n audit.
